Sellers Description

This is a 1957 BMW R26. All numbers matching bike. All parts Purchased from Germany from OEM provider and through BMW. All parts were media blasted, re-chromed, and powder coated with exception to the tins which were painted. Electrical system has new harness, contactless Ingnition (no more points to fuss with) and semiconductor voltage regulator 6v for ease of operation and reliability. Has all new bulbs and led bulbs as well all 6v. It comes with the BMW tool kit and rag, 2 mirrors that are included but not installed at moment, and passenger foot pegs. Rack was installed on rear fender with gasket so as to not mar the finish and can be easily removed for clean look, or for passenger seat. I have the original long seat that will be included if interested. This was a detailed restoration that consisted of painting and powder coating all the parts to last for a very long time, everything from the wheels up was blasted and powder coated.
